Moving zit

I have a moving zit. It is my "we are moving in a week and there is a lot to do" zit. Despite this mount Everest I feel like doing one of these...

Big cheezer.
YAY! We are excited. And I have a lot to do. Friday after we had closed we got a call from our mortgage firm that basically said SIKE! You didn't really close because we had the dates wrong so we need you to come back and resign all the paperwork Monday. Are you kidding? But good news because the past owners [who foreclosed] were in violation of the HOA and so there is a current $3000 Failure to Comply Assessment fee to which we will ask the bank to pay. Basically they will put $3k in an HOA escrow account and Warren and I are "required" to use it on landscaping before June 1. For real? $3000 towards our lawn and fence? We are in. And because we weren't "officially" signed and sealed, the bank agreed to pay it. And just one more little {what my mom would call} tender mercies. Thanks. We are blessed and excited.
And busy. And i wouldn't have it any other way.
:)
Night.

That's really great! Wow, $3 grand? Ya, you can find a few things to use that for. ;) If you need help putting in sprinklers, Kent can help.

That is awesome! See, you were totally meant to have THIS house!! That's why everything is working out so good for you! Even if you do have to sign all those papers again.

Good luck. I hope your house, Ward and neighborhood are great. They are going to love you. Hey, did my old house sell?

Just wanted to know.

Wow, what luck! $3,000 will seem like nothing in the black hole that is the abyss of landscaping, but every bit helps! I'm so excited for you to be in your new place.
